A 22 cm Userfriendly with a Vanadis 4 Extra blade and a desert ironwood handle. Lire plus..
This 22 cm Userfriendly has a blade made of the PM steel Vanadis 4 Extra, which has a very high wear resistance and good toughness at the same time. I hardened the steel to 64 hrc. The blade has a dark patina.
The geometry of this 23cm gyuto corresponds to a user friendly. It has a high cutting ability, but at the same time offers enough reserves for carefree handling. The blade is ground slightly convex, the profile is suitable for all cutting techniques.
The handle is made of desert ironwood with an interesting pattern. It is dark on one side of the handle and light on the other side.
The cover plate consists of a damascus steel made of historical iron and modern nickel steels.
