This 24 cm workhorse has a very strong taper and a complex geometry. The blade is made with "Walkschliff". In the coil area, the blade has is strongly convex and the greatest blade thickness is about two-thirds the blade height. The convexity decreases further towards the tip and the largest blade thickness moves further towards the back of the blade. The tip is ground thin. As a result, the blade has very high cutting abilities in the front two-thirds and has a very strong wedge effect in the coil area.

The knife is equally suitable for all cutting techniques.

The cutting edge of this knife consists of the special melt ApexUltra with a hardness of approx. 66 hrc.

Of course, the blank was forged with optimal temperature control and forming and then subjected to extensive heat treatment (including deep-freeze treatment after hardening). This guarantees an optimally adjusted structure and extremely finely distributed carbides.

The handle is made of desert ironwood with a spacer made of reindeer horn and a bolster and decorative rivet made of wrought bronze. The decorative rivet is riveted to the tang.
