Casting compound 1800 °C (3272 °F)

This high-temperature casting compound is ideal for the production of cast components such as burner heads of atmospheric gas burners (flare) or ribbon burners. The finished components are characterized by extremely high temperature resistance (1800 °C/3272 °F), high mechanical resilience and very good thermal shock resistance.

Please note that there must be a minimum wall thickness of 10mm.

Water requirement: 5-6 l/100kg  

Binding Type: Hydraulic  

Application temperature: 1800 °C  

Grain: 0-6mm  

Processing technique: pouring, vibrating

Form of delivery: In LDPE flat bag and PP plastic bucket with lid.
