The blade of this 23 cm gyuto has a geometry that is between a laser and a user friendly. Especially in the front third, the blade tends towards the laser. This enables e.g. cutting into onions with as little resistance as possible.
The knife is suitable for all cutting techniques.
The highly wear-resistant yet robust powder-metallurgical steel Vanadis 4 Extra with a hardness of 64 hrc was used for the blade. Even with thin geometries, this steel offers sufficient power reserves for carefree work.
The western grip is made of desert ironwood with a fantastic strukture and a blued titanium end plate.
