Shipping costs and returns

You can have the shipping costs calculated before ordering. The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the weight of the goods.  

You have a 14-day right of return, but this only applies to undamaged goods with no signs of use. 

Individualized goods that are made especially for you (one-offs) are excluded from the right of return.
